Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options, with rates calculated at checkout:
• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — Free on orders over $50 / $4.90 otherwise
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Calculated at checkout
• Priority Shipping (1–2 business days) — Calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50 shipped within the continental United States.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control, including weather and holidays.
Holiday notice: During the holiday season (November 15 – January 5), carrier delays may extend delivery times beyond standard estimates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. Track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to PO boxes for expedited or priority orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management before contacting us.
For damaged products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lanelinen.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Lane Linen products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In original, unused, and unwashed condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
• Email support@lanelinen.com with your order number and reason for return
• We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
• Defective or incorrect items receive a prepaid return label at no cost to you
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error — wrong item shipped or defective product.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange, then place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us at orders@lanelinens.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been picked, packed, or submitted to our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel it.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under our Return Policy below.

• Include: your name, order number, and reason for cancellation
Cancellations are processed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CT. Requests submitted outside business hours will be reviewed the next business day.
Cancellation Refunds
If your cancellation is approved before fulfillment, you will receive a confirmation email and a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the order will be treated as a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.
