SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (weather, holidays, etc.).

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier's website using this number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to PO boxes for expedited orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management. Contact us at support@lanelinen.com if issues persist. For damaged products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement.
